Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship to both Canada and the United States. Whether you're in Toronto or Texas, we'll get your gear to you.

We keep things simple and transparent with flat-rate shipping — no surprises at checkout.

Standard Shipping $22.31 CAD
Express Shipping $30.00 CAD

We work hard to keep our product prices low and competitive. A flat shipping rate means you always know exactly what you're paying — there are no hidden costs buried in the price of your marker.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and Canpar for most orders. If you're shipping to a P.O. box address, we'll route your order through Canada Post to make sure delivery goes smoothly — including markers and high-pressure tanks.

To protect you against credit card fraud, we hold all shipments for two full business days before handing your order to the carrier. You'll receive your tracking information within 48 business hours of placing your order.

This window may be extended for unusually large orders or if there's a mismatch between your billing and shipping address. Repeat customers with an established purchase history may have this hold waived.

Need your gear fast for a tournament? Email us directly and we'll provide a priority quote tailored to your timeline.

Signature confirmation is handled on a case-by-case basis, typically based on the total order value and the security of your delivery area. If you have specific delivery requirements, contact us immediately after placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

For fraud prevention and to ensure your order ships quickly, we can't modify a shipping address once an order is placed. However, we're happy to cancel your original order so you can repurchase with the correct address at checkout.

We've been fortunate — we haven't had a lost package yet — but we know it happens. Either way, you're taken care of:

  • Lost package: If your carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll file a claim and issue you a full refund.
  • Damaged item: Contact us immediately with photos. We'll offer a full refund or work with you on a partial refund if you'd prefer to keep the item.

Returns & Exchanges

New markers and equipment can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unused, and resellable condition — all original packaging, manuals, parts kits, and tags must be intact.

Important: New markers cannot have been gassed up, fired, or used on the field. If you want to exchange for a different item, you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement.

Used markers can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The marker must come back in the exact cosmetic and mechanical condition it was in when it shipped to you — all included accessories, cases, and parts must be returned as well.

Please note: Markers returned dirty are subject to a $75.00 CAD cleaning fee deducted from your refund. If your marker experiences a mechanical failure within 30 days, see our Warranty section below.

Yes — we understand buying apparel online means you can't try it on first. Jerseys, pants, and other soft goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery for sizing reasons, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

We're happy to exchange for a different size if the size you need is in stock.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Harvest Parts — individual used components sold as-is
  • Paintballs and consumables — paint, batteries, and single-use items
  • Final Sale / Clearance items — any product explicitly marked as Final Sale

Don't ship anything back without contacting us first — we'll confirm eligibility and give you detailed instructions.

  1. Email us before shipping. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide instructions.
  2. Pack securely and include a copy of your order confirmation or order number inside the package.
  3. Ship with tracking. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend insured, trackable shipping — we're not responsible for packages lost in return transit.
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your item, back to your original payment method.

Warranty

Every new marker we sell is backed by the full manufacturer's warranty. Better yet — WC Marker is the official service center for all new markers we carry. That means you deal directly with us instead of shipping to the manufacturer and waiting weeks for a resolution.

All warranty work on new markers is performed free of charge, provided it falls within the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and the marker is within its active warranty period.

Every complete used marker we sell comes with our 30-Day Used Marker Warranty from the date of purchase. Before a marker ever reaches your door, it's been thoroughly inspected, tested, and serviced by our technicians — and then tested again right before it ships out.

If your used marker experiences a mechanical failure within that 30-day window, contact us and we'll coordinate the repair or replacement to get you back on the field quickly. No runaround.

Harvest Parts are individual components stripped from used markers that didn't meet our quality standards to be sold as a complete, warrantied unit. Rather than throwing them away, we sell the reliable individual pieces as used parts — giving players access to hard-to-find components for older or rare markers.

Because of their nature, Harvest Parts are sold as-is and are not covered under any warranty. All Harvest Part sales are final.

Tech Support

WC Marker started as a tech service, not a retail shop. Our expert technician has been flown across North America to provide on-site support for competitive players and major events. We've grown into Canada's leading new and used gear provider, but our technical roots run deep — and that expertise is built into every marker we sell and service.

Yes — all warranty service on new markers purchased from us is performed free of charge, as long as the work falls within the manufacturer's guidelines and the marker is within its active warranty period. You work with us directly; no need to contact the manufacturer yourself.

For work that falls outside a standard warranty claim, we offer in-house technical service and rebuilding performed by our expert technician. This covers:

  • Used markers within 6 months of purchase — we continue to offer support and rebuilding services regardless of brand
  • MacDev Legacy Support — specialized troubleshooting and repairs for MacDev markers outside of their standard warranty window, honoring our long-standing expertise with the brand

Service Rate - $85.00 CAD/hr

Parts - Cost of parts, additional

Due to our focus on retail and specialized support, we generally do not accept mail-in service for markers outside of the following categories:

  • New markers currently under warranty that were purchased from us
  • Used markers within 6 months of purchase from us
  • MacDev markers eligible for Legacy Support

Financing

Yes. We've partnered with Affirm and Afterpay so you can gear up now and pay over time. Quality paintball equipment is a real investment — financing means you don't have to choose between your budget and your best setup.

Both options are available directly at checkout.

Think of them as two tools for two different situations:
Afterpay — Best for smaller purchases
Split into 4 equal payments over 6 weeks. Typically interest-free. Ideal for soft goods, accessories, and gear under $1,500.
Affirm — Best for high-ticket markers
Choose from multiple monthly payment options. Your actual payment terms and rate are shown at checkout. Transparent — no late fees or hidden charges.

No. Affirm uses a soft credit check to determine eligibility, which has no impact on your credit score. You can check your options confidently before committing.

Immediately. As soon as your financed purchase is confirmed at checkout, we process and ship your order on the same timeline as any other order. You get your gear right away — the payment schedule handles itself in the background.

Sell Your Gear

The private market means lowball offers, payment fraud risk, and shipping expensive gear to strangers while crossing your fingers. Selling to us is the opposite:

  • Get paid immediately — before you even ship the marker
  • No haggling — we give you a firm price, not an opening bid
  • Zero listing hassle — no photos, no posting, no answering DMs for weeks
  • We take the risk — you deal with one trusted, well-known source

We buy from players across both Canada and the United States.

  1. Send us photos of your marker and any included accessories (case, barrel kit, etc.), along with answers to our condition questions below.
  2. Receive a firm offer. Our team will assess the value and give you a clear purchase price.
  3. Get paid immediately via PayPal Goods & Services as soon as you accept. Payment comes before you ship.
  4. Ship the marker within five business days of payment. Our tech team does a final inspection to confirm condition matches — and since you've already been paid, that's the end of it.

Along with your photos, we'll ask you the following:

  1. On a 1–10 scale, how would you rate the cosmetic condition?
  2. Are there any leaks, or does it need service? Does it work properly?
  3. When was the last time it was used?
  4. Does it come with the original case?
  5. Does it include the Allen key set and spare parts kit?

It's the only payment method that provides genuine seller protection for physical goods. We use it exclusively to keep you protected throughout the transaction.

Please note that PayPal charges a small transaction fee for this service, which is automatically deducted from the payment amount by PayPal. The amount deposited into your account will be slightly less than the agreed-upon price due to this mandatory third-party deduction.

We believe in radical transparency — no last-minute price drops.

  • Minor discrepancies (small O-ring replacement, slightly lower cosmetic rating): we absorb the cost and the sale is final. Your payment doesn't change.
  • Major undisclosed faults (critical component damage, significant leak not mentioned): we'll contact you immediately and give you two options — adjust the price to cover the repair cost, or reverse the deal entirely with a full refund. We return the marker; you cover return shipping. We will never change the price without your explicit agreement.
